Physician (Chief Hematology-Oncology)
The Hematology/Oncology Chief Physician (Section Chief) reports to the Chief of the Medicine Service (Chief of Medicine). The Section Chief has a combination of administrative, clinical, research and educational roles. Administratively, the Section Chief is the primary supervisor of the Hematology/Oncology Section. The Section Chief along with other Hematology/Oncology Physicians specializes in Benign and Malignant Disorders of the Hematologic System, and Malignant Solid Tumors. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement. Applicants pending the completion of training or license requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met
