Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Interacts in a customer-focused and compassionate manner to ensure customers' needs are met with an emphasis on customer service satisfaction. Receives and directs incoming telephone calls throughout Shore Regional Health, while continuously maintaining confidentiality, professionalism and ethics.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:1.
