Description
The Biller Supervisor is responsible for processing and servicing a variety of operational, personnel, and financial transactions and services. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: cashiering, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, recharge billing, travel / entertainment, gift accounting, collections, data collection and data entry, analysis, review and control, customer servicing, and reporting.
UCLA Health annual salary range for this position is $68,800.00 - $141,000.00.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
- Thorough knowledge of financial transactions and financial systems.
- Proficiency in use of spreadsheet and database software.
- Interpersonal skills, service orientation, active listening, critical thinking, ability to multi-task effectively in a high volume environment, organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage changing priorities, and manage staff time and efforts accordingly.
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of internal control practices and their impact on protecting University resources.
