·         Bachelor's degree in related area and / or 3+ years equivalent experience / training - Preferred 

·         Ability to engage all level of staff and other departments in a collaborative problem solving and performance improvement manner

·         Excellent professional English for communication skills, written, oral and telephone

·         Prior experience in successfully managing multiple requests, assessing priorities and achieving solutions under deadlines

·         Working/reference knowledge of Department policies and procedures and professional standards of care

·         Reference knowledge of Joint Commission Implant (Human Tissue) and Implant Charging standards and state rules and regulations

·         Ability to comply with and tactfully enforce adherence to policies, procedures and standards

·         Ability to conduct efficient and effective goal-oriented meetings

·         Able to demonstrate self-motivation with the ability to work independently individually or as part of a team and under limited supervision

·         Manages the performance of individuals by providing coaching and support especially under stressful and emergent situations

·         Utilizes/creates standardized processes, tools, methodologies and presentation templates including project/counter measure timelines, progress reports, financial reports, resource and issues tracking

·         Strong ability to be a positive and proactive change agent within the department with excellent interpersonal skills

·         Skill in interviewing Implant Coordinator staff applicants

·         Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret qualitative and quantitative analysis and problem-solving

·         Ability to critically analyze data and organize it in multiple informational forms

·         Strong PC skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
