A community of 500K+ people located in the Southern California Valley needs a full-time Family Medicine Physician to work in an all-outpatient setting alongside 2 other Physician's and 2 NP's. This community is just 2 hours from Los Angeles with a cost of living that is over 50% lower. This is a lucrative position with an income guarantee of $310K before production and the option for a 4 or 4.5-day work week.The Position: Practice alongside 2 Family Med MD/DO's and 2 FNP's, average volume of 18-20 patients per day 4.5-day work week option Option for an MA and/or Scribe 2 clinic locations-option to work with an underserved and Spanish-speaking population, if desired Compensation package includes a Base Salary of $285K with a yearly Rete
