Social Worker (Temporary)
Licensed Social Worker to provide temporary coverage to inpatient pediatric population. Primary functions include psychosocial assessment, clinical work on adjustment to hospitalization and/or illness, protective services and linkage to community resources. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive social work services to patients and their families in accordance with the job responsibilities described in this document. Core functions include psychosocial assessment and support of patient/family coping skills; protective and advocacy services; and linkage to community resources. These services are provided in accordance with the policies, procedures, and guidelines established by Nemours Children's Hospital and its Social Work Department.
