Occ Summary
This position collaborates with healthcare provi ders by performing avariety of clerical duties to support patient care. Duties includegreeting patients and visitors, answering the telephone, responding topatient's requests, accessing the electronic medical recor d(EMR),scheduling appointments and providing general clerical support as neededby the department. This position will consistently exhibits excel lentcustomer service skills.
Work Performed
