The position involves primary care paneling for both acute and routine ambulatory health care needs, nursery rounding, as well as cross coverage. Clinic hours are spread over 4 days per week with office visits and virtual care portions.The position is primarily at the North Lancaster Medical Office, where services include primary care (adult and pediatric), urgent care, several specialty services, a full-service lab, and imaging services.Hospital rounding is for Kaiser Permanente routine newborns and very limited NICU care for infants 35 weeks and older just feeding and growing. Salem Hospital has a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 24/7 coverage by NNP and neonatology. PALS required.Nursery work averages one in eight weeks, with the same pediatrician covering the hospital Monday through Thursday (including nights), as well as one in eight weekends (Friday through Sunday call).Working for Northwest Permanente, our Pediatricians enjoy:$275,000 - $334,000 - Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
- Salary: $213,480 - $242,550 prorated to 0.9 FTE
- 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

- Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance
In addition to Projected Annual Total Rewards value, New Hire Incentives include:
