Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Rheumatology team in Peoria, Illinois.
Position Details Include:
Join an established department with two Rheumatologists and dedicated support staff
Schedule will be Mon – Fri 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Outpatient practice located on the Carle Health Methodist Hospital campus
Clinic schedules around 15 patients per day
The practice treats a wide variety of conditions including Arthritis, Musculoskeletal Diseases, Autoimmune Diseases, Vasculitis Diseases, and much more

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
1-2 years of Rheumatology Advanced Practice Provider experience required
