This position is responsible for providing speech-language pathology services to a pediatric population, from neonatal through adolescence/young adulthood. Performs evaluation, program planning, and treatment of patients in the areas of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, feeding, and swallowing, specific to age and developmental/functional level determined by assessment.
Education
Masters Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university (Required)
Experience
Pediatric experience (Preferred)
MBS experience (Preferred)
Certifications
Current AZ Department of Health Services license, prior to start date. (Required)
Current AZ Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card, prior to start date. (Required)
Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association, prior to start date. (Required)
Current ASHA certification or in clinical fellowship year (CFY), prior to start date. (Required)
