This unique role promotes mentorship and career growth potential by offering the opportunity to work as partners with other Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery faculty of the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must be BE/BC by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery

Eligible for Federal Loan Repayment programs
Current trainees can earn up to $24,000 with the resident-fellowship stipend program if they choose to join RWJBH during the final year of training
