Position Details

• Conduct thorough preoperative assessments
• Evaluate patients' readiness for surgery
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs 
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, postoperative care and recovery expectations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Monitor and document patient progress.

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Current ACNP / AGNP / FNP / PA licensure in the state of Indiana
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
