Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
The Floor Finisher is responsible for cleaning and refinishing floors (buffing, stripping, waxing) on a regular basis, in accordance with standard procedures of the housekeeping department. May involve terminal cleaning of operating room suites.
Responsibilities
Performs floor care and project cleaning functions in assigned areas.
Keeps equipment clean and functional according to procedures.
Handles hazardous and infectious waste properly.
Reports defects to supervisor.
Responds to emergency spills according to procedure.
