Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System located in Spartanburg, SC is seeking to hire OB Hospitalists to join a new and growing program. The OB Hospitalist will provide emergency/unassigned/OBED, call coverage and assisting with the management of private OBGYN deliveries and GYN emergencies. Private OBGYN will over their own post-op patients. New residents are welcome to apply.
Highlights of the opportunity include:
Busy 14 bed L&D with over 3500 deliveries a year and 12,000 OBED encounters
New OBGYN residency program starting 2025; will supervise residents;
Attend all deliveries, floor and cover 6 bed OB ED – 2 physicians in house per night;
12 shifts per 4-week block; 7p – 7a
In-house anesthesia coverage, Level III NICU with 24 hour coverage and MFM available
Compensation package including:
$6000 CME allowance and 30 days’ time off per year
