In this role, you will participate in advancing the practice of oncology in a NCCN and NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center. You will be able to practice at the highest level of your certificate by working with drug accountability, sponsor communication management, investigational drug production, and study monitor visits.

Role Purpose
The Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient 3, under the direct supervision a of staff pharmacist and according to standard procedures, provides cross coverage for multiple technician competencies or responsibilities within a focus area. This position serves as a department resource to answer questions and assists in resolving more complex issues. This position's responsibilities may include preparing medication orders, assisting in dispensing and transporting medications, conducting complex sterile and/or non-sterile compounding, inventory management, training, the use of various automated/electronic systems, and maintaining the required documentation & records.
