DescriptionSummary:This position is responsible for monitoring, adjusting and coordinating the allocation of internal and external staffing resources to nursing units and departments across the CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini in support of payroll management, to provide high quality patient care and cost-effective clinical services.  Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.Formal training as a Medical Assistant, Unit Clerk or in another healthcare-related field of study is highly preferred.Must have intermediate computer word processing and data entry literacy.
