As the Senior MRI Technologist, you will perform basic and complex MR imaging procedures as well as post-processing responsibilities. This will require an in-depth understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and medical terminology. Advanced imaging skills and techniques would be demonstrated by competence in 3 or more of the following advanced imaging applications:

cardiac and advanced cardiac/CVMR, peripheral vascular/PVMR ,and or neurovascular - EPI applications: DWI, PWI, DTI , ASL
Brain, or Breast, or Prostate
· MR Enterography, MR Defecography and MR Prostate with endo-rectal coil
MR Guided fine needle breast and or prostate biopsies.

Fibroid tumors

Salary Range: $52.18 - $68.86 Hourly

Qualifications

· 3 years MRI Experience - required
· Licenses
- - ARRT and CRT - required. MR certificate required
  OR
  - ARRT and ARMRIT (MR) - required
· Venipuncture certificate - required
· BCLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - required
· Graduate from a AMA Radiologic Technologist Program - required
· AA or BS - preferred
· Siemens experience - preferred
· Demonstrates competence in modifying protocols as required producing optimal diagnostic images.
· Demonstrates ability to train additional MR staff in addition to performing the advanced procedures without direction themselves.
