We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) with less than <12 months of experience, to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and competent direct patient care under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation of patient responses.
Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their holistic needs are met.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques to promote wellness and prevent complications.
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment.
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address emergent situations and provide timely interventions.
Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills, staying current with evidence-based practices and healthcare trends.
Uphold professional standards, ethical principles, and confidentiality in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Foster a positive and empathetic atmosphere for patients, supporting them through their healthcare journey.

Qualifications
Valid/Active Registered Nurse license (must be obtained prior to start date)
Successful completion of an accredited nursing program, resulting in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Diploma Nursing Program
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Founded in 1916 by two physician brothers, Drs. James Beebe and Richard C. Beebe, the medical center in Lewes is a 210-licensed-bed, not-for-profit seaside community hospital. Beebe's specialized service lines include cardiac and vascular, surgical services, oncology, women's health, and orthopaedic services. Beebe offers an array of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and diagnostic services.
Beebe's five satellite campuses offer imaging, physical rehabilitation, and lab services, as well as walk-in care centers. In addition, Beebe offers Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine and Diabetes Management & Medical Nutrition Therapy.
With a mission to serve the community, Beebe also offers many free screenings and outreach programs through its Population Health Department; and advanced medical care for those who are recuperating at home through Beebe Home Care Services.
Beebe is also training the next generation of nurses through the Margaret H. Rollins School of Nursing, located behind the Medical Cente...r in Lewes.
Beebe's Medical Staff has grown tremendously since the early 1990s. Employed physicians through Beebe Medical Group and our affiliated physicians on Beebe's Medical Staff now serve patients from Milford to Millville in specialties including cardiac surgery, dermatology, endocrinology, family practice, gastroenterology, general surgery, internal medicine, pediatric neurology, and surgical oncology.
