This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a patient-centered environment, providing comprehensive care to oncology patients across a broad spectrum of cases.

Outreach Clinics: Participate in outreach clinics 1-2 times per month, providing care in surrounding communities such as Auburn, Puyallup, Olympia, Poulsbo, Gig Harbor, and Yakima.
Position Highlights:
Inpatient and Outpatient Care: Provide patient-centered care with a balance of surgical services and ongoing patient management.
Comprehensive Support: Youll have dedicated APPs, clinic staff, and access to the latest medical technologies to support your practice.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with no weekend or holiday call, allowing for work-life balance.
What Youll Need:
Board-Certified/Eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
Robust Team Spirit: Thrive in a multidisciplinary setting and work collaboratively with specialists from multiple oncology disciplines.

Common Questions:
Compensation: Competitive salary ($455,732.00- $481,051.00) with additional bonus opportunities, top notch benefits, sign on and relocation bonus, 401K and much more.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, 8-hour shifts, with outreach clinics 1-2 times per month (locations TBD).
Locations: Primary location is Tacoma General Hospital, with additional care provided at outreach locations in nearby communities.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $455,732.00 - $506,369.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.
