One year of Advanced Practitioner Primary Care experience required.

• Clinic Hours: Mon/Wed/Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm, Tues 10am-4:30pm, Fri 8:30am-4pm
• Outpatient Clinic  
• Treating patients of all ages
• Full-time position
• System-wide Epic EMR
