We are seeking an APP Clinical Manager to act as a liaison between the Pediatric Cardiology providers and the service line leadership at Riley Childrens Health.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Day Shift 
  • 40 hours per week
  • Flexible Schedule
• 100% Outpatient
• Team includes 30 physicians and 10 advanced practice providers

Responsibilities:

• APP Clinical Managers oversee APP scheduling, professional development opportunities, recruitment, coordinating onboarding for new hires, clinical supervision, and team dynamics. 

Qualifications:

• Masters degree required 
• Must be BC
• ACNP, FNP, PNP, PA  certification required
• 2 years of APP Leadership experience required
