["The Emergency Department Chief is a medical officer at the FVHCS and is responsible for the quality of care and the utilization of health care resources at the facility and within the community. Patients seen principally have a wide range of medical problems with occasional minor trauma. Two years of emergency department management experience is required. The incumbent is responsible for the direct management and oversight of clinical and administrative operations within the Fargo VA Healthcare System Emergency Department.
