Seeking a Per Diem Urgent Care physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join a dynamic Immediate Care team at the Providence Hawks Prairie clinic in Lacey, Washington. Walk-in services are provided at clinic locations in Hawks Prairie, Lacey, and West Olympia, which house onsite labs, radiology, and more. - Compensation is between $75.00 and $75.00 per hour
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
