Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible a Child Psychiatrist to join our growing medical group Kaiser Cascade Park medical office in Vancouver, WA . We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation. You will care for patients ranging in age from 6 to 21 years old, but primarily under 18. Our caseloads vary from 350 to 600 patients.

You will provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. You must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health) and demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role.

• $252,180 to $277,110 base salary
• 4-day work week (.90 FTE)
• 50% telepsychiatry/ 50% in clinic
