A Texas Panhandle Regional Medical Center, named a Top 20 Rural & Community Hospital, is seeking a BE/BC General Orthopedic Surgeon to take over an existing practice and serve as the Medical Director.

Opportunity

Be the leading surgeon with the support of an experienced FT Orthopedic PA who is also a surgical assist | A part-time Orthopedic Surgeon provides additional support

Ideal candidate will be comfortable with general orthopedic cases involving the shoulder, knee, and hip

Experienced OR staff | Mako robotic-arm assisted surgery | C-arm in OP clinic

Low call volume | 4-day workweek | 3 weeks on/ 1 week off

Hospital employed or 1099 option | 900K+ guaranteed | 120K sign-on bonus

Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and malpractice insurance

PTO, CME, relocation allowance, and impressive retirement plan with 125% match

Negotiable residency stipend | 180K/per year student loan repayment | Qualifies for PSL

Medical missions supported with PTO
