Join the Sleep Lab Team at BJC Healthcare. BJC is hiring for a registered sleep tech with leadership experience! This role will cover sites at St. Louis Children's Hospital , Missouri Baptist and Christian Hospital monitoring health conditions and building the sleep lab program.

5 days a week, 3 days 8 am-4:30 pm and 2 days Noon-8 pm

Role Purpose
Supervises daily operations for the Sleep Lab and/or Neurodiagnostic department. Maintains standards of quality and oversees all technical functions. Coordinates, develops, implements and reviews department clinical policies and procedures. Develops, implements and evaluates new program offerings while also working to improve existing programs.
Responsibilities
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.
Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.
Collaborates with physicians and other departments to ensure quality patient care.
Assists in developing strategic goals for the department.
Ensures the delivery of excellent patient care in a safe, clean environment following all external regulations and internal quality standards. Ensures the standard of proper documentation is implemented and maintained by department staff at all times.
Plans, coordinates and supervises all clinical aspects of the sleep lab and/or neurodiagnostics.
