Schedule: Full Time; occasional travel to other clinics located off campus at London, Oneida, Red Bird, McKee, Pineville.
Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:00pm; clinic has after hour and weekend hours; expectation to round/be present during these hours at times.

The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for leading teams of providers and staff in different locations.Work in a team focused environment committed to delivering exceptional quality of care, provider engagement and satisfaction and timely patient access.Monitor all daily operations of practice to assure practice runs in an efficient cost-effective manner. Available to troubleshoot, identify and resolve problems as they arise.Supervises office personnel to ensure appropriate staffing levels and assignments are met for efficient clinic operation.This includes supervision of all staff where applicable for their area of responsibility such as front office staff, medical assistants, RN’s, LPN’s, volunteers and all physician support.

Reviews patient satisfaction scores with staff at monthly staff meetings
Discusses ways in which employees can contribute to patient satisfaction
Financial Management
Reviews monthly departmental financial statements and researches variances to budget
Reviews productivity reports as often as merited and changes staffing levels to reflect appropriate hours per unit of service.
Develops annual budget
Communication with Employees
Assures all clinic staff are aware of departmental changes by communicating information by e-mail, staff meetings and memos
Regulatory Compliance
Complies with Accrediting agency (The Joint Commission, HFAP, CAP) standards to ensure the lab maintains accreditation.
Complies with CMS standards
Ensures compliance with changes made by any regulatory agency
Ensures that departmental staff complies with hospital-wide policies, as well as departmental policies.
Human Resources
Works with HR Recruiter for staffing which may include selection, screening and interviews
Ensures employees are properly oriented and trained for specific job responsibilities
Ensures initial and on-going competency is up to date
Ensures each employee is evaluated in accordance with hospital policies
Consults Human Resources for guidance in progressive counseling and termination
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinic setting
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Three to five years of clinic supervisory experience and project management experience preferred.
Experience with primary care, specialty clinics (e.g. Cardiology, Addiction Medicine, Urology, etc.
