Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment
Conduct assessments of patients, including completion of instrumental scales
Provide and coordinate behavioral health care for patients
Master's degree in psychology, social work, family therapy, or counseling
Licensed in Indiana (LCSW); current CPR certification
Good knowledge of psychopathology and psychopharmacology
Ability to design and implement clinical pathways and protocols
