The Patient Flow Coordinator coordinates, prioritizes, and optimizes patient flow activities throughout BWMC by utilizing bed placement, staffing and clinical information to optimize patient throughput.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current MD RN licensure.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing or other health care field preferred.
- Five years of recent clinical nursing in an acute care setting required.
- Patient flow and critical care experience is strongly preferred.
- Must have basic keyboarding skills. Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Excellent problems solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, and exhibit customer service principles.
