Providence Medical Group has a unique opportunity available for a full-time Internal Medicine physician to join a dedicated team that's changing the way that senior care is delivered in Everett, Washington. You will be part of the Providence 65+ clinic care model which focuses on both a senior-only and a financially at-risk population. - Full-time Internal Medicine position, would also consider a Family Practice physician with a Geriatric Fellowship
- Flexible FTE 0.75-1.0
- Holistic, senior-focused care model
- Preference for experienced clinicians, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Compensation is between $289,000 and $348,500 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
- Compensation structure is value-based model, not RVU-based, moving providers away from the 20-min visit, fee-for-service care model. Pay is guaranteed for 24 months.
- Appointment times are longer, 30 min/60 min schedule
