This assignment carries primary responsibility for providing in-home occupational therapy assessments, and the planning, and administration and management of rehabilitation in the home for patients of the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System (NF/SG VHS) Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Program . Additional responsibilities, as HBPC duties allow, may include in-home assessments of profoundly disabled patients of NF/SG VHS who are not enrolled in HBPC. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: United States Citizenship: Be a citizen of the United States.
