Summary:
Assists with overseeing day-to-day activities of assigned programs. Responsibilities include coordinating program planning and administration, ensuring work stays within program budget, and monitoring and reporting program progress to leaders to ensure fulfillment of the program objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Analysis: Analyzes and resolves routine program issues to maximize efficiency, escalating complex concerns when necessary. Follows all guidelines outlined to maintain compliance. Ensures all proper internal controls are followed to safeguard assets of the system and satisfies internal and external regulatory requirements. Assists with developing and monitoring operating and capital budget. 2. Communication and Relationships: Collaborates with team to identify and analyze opportunities for improvement. Recommends process improvements to identify, develop, and ensure standardization decisions occur with minimal disruption to patient care or administrative activities and recommending solutions. Works with leadership to understand program goals and makes modifications to help program achieve these results. 3. Financial and Business Coordination: Develops simple analytics on program costs and reports and shares with leadership. Makes recommendations based on data review to create continuous program improvement. 4. Program Administration: Coordinates activities of assigned program as directed by leadership. Assists with developing, implementing, and administering related procedures, processes, services, and systems. 5. Strategic Planning: Collaborates with other units and teams within the organization to effectively communicate program information and metrics. Shares information on program aims, successes, and results to elicit program support and to provide stakeholders with the necessary updates to implement those strategies. 6. Administrative: Assists with all administrative work related to project to include drafting communications, writing/sending reports, sending program updates, and serving as primary contact for program related questions.

Other information: Education Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration or related field. Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? None required. Professional Experience Requirements: ? Requires three (3) years of previous program/project administration/coordination experience.
