Provide systems
analysis and technical support for a national center and network for research
on child traumatic stress, including online learning platforms to aid providers
working with military families and children. Administer and analyze distance
learning platforms for various synchronous and asynchronous online courses and
implement solutions for seamless delivery. Assist with application testing,
troubleshooting and development of courses and online platforms. Provide
customer relationship management for a network Learning Center and Academy, using
helpdesk ticketing tools. Manage and report user data, to support program
development, quality improvement, compliance, and the reporting needs of the
organization. Support creative, effective, and responsive technical platforms
in concert with the center’s mission and strategic priorities. working with
internal and external stakeholders, including users and learners, funders,
project directors, and subject matter experts. Provide administration for
distance-learning platforms, web conferencing, and live webinar platforms.
Perform analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging. Provide training,
instruction, and technical support to end users.
Annual Salary Range: $82,413.36 to $141,002
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer
engineering, information technology or a related field. One year of experience
in job offered or as an IT consultant, software engineer or a related
occupational title. Demonstrated experience and knowledge working with Java,
JavaScript, PHP, and HTML. Experience working with Moodle

in-depth understanding of system dependencies and interface design.
Demonstrated experience seamlessly integrating multiple software applications
and technological platforms to significantly enhance business operations,
including designing and implementing customized solutions that improve system
efficiency and user experience. Demonstrated experience writing clear
procedures and training documentation. Demonstrated experience creatively
solving technical problems. Demonstrated experience meeting project deadlines
and deliverables. Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software related
technical issues for online learners and website users. Experience working
independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience providing training and
user support to clients and project stakeholders on data and technical issues.
Experience with help desk and ticketing tools such as Spiceworks, ServiceNow or
similar applications, and project management systems such as AirTable, Basecamp
or similar. Experience setting up, customizing, and managing help desk and
ticketing platforms to streamline support processes and enhance service
delivery. The employer offers 80% hybrid work-from-home benefit for this
