The AMG Call Center located in Morristown, NJ is seeking a CMA to provide support for various practices in AMG who are assigned to the call center. Call intake will include triaging calls to determine urgency of appointment, scheduling of appointment, input of demographic and insurance information and preliminary registration. Provide patients with appointment information including specialty specific instructions and explain any referral or prior authorization requirements.
