Join Women's Health in this newly created Practice Manager role. This is a great opportunity for supervising 13-15 employees while ensuring the practice runs efficiently and smoothly through building the company culture and implementing best practices for excellent patient, employee and provider experiences.
Previous leadership and women's health background a plus.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with some early or late meetings.

Role Purpose
The Practice Manager is assigned to an ambulatory site working under the guidance of a Practice Administrator and is responsible for the day-to-day clinic operations. Responsibilities include: direct supervision of approximately 15-25 clinical and non-clinical staff, managing patient experience and supporting/coordinating financial and administrative activities as assigned.
