Primary Responsibilities:
Work closely with site leadership in both establishing and executing Loss Prevention objectives defined by existing and evolving opportunities to minimize loss and protect our assets and teams
Lead the site level culture of internal Loss Prevention including the implementation of investigative best practices, shrink reduction, inventory controls, report development, and standardization around chain of custody for high value drugs and controlled substances
Drive a high level of inventory accuracy through awareness, root cause analysis, trends, and implementing process improvements
Lead or contribute to the development of Loss Prevention Programs and initiatives, in consultation with applicable stakeholders
Establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards, and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with input from applicable stakeholders
Support and validate process through inventory audits and inventory process review & validation
Identify, investigate, and resolve; medication loss, diversion, lost packages, consumer dispute, reships investigations, missing/lost packages, carrier losses, potential carrier/vendor/consumer theft or fraud, and drive remittance for losses
Provide huddle topics, promoting safety tips and driving safety awareness in conjunction with our safety partners
Develop and present business updates, investigative reviews, cost/benefit analysis, physical security risk assessments, and financial impact / shortage findings to Sr. Leaders and key stakeholders
Demonstrate an ability to leverage data to help depict largest areas of shortage opportunity, while creating an action-oriented plan to proactively eliminate loss going forward
Provide education, training, and validation to site leadership and staff around Loss Prevention initiatives
Support and build out standards for key process to align to network
Partner with site leaders to influence Loss Prevention core priorities such as; shortage reduction, diversion identification, and a safe/secure environment
Monitor, review, and implement a camera strategy to promote regulatory compliance, optical shortage identification, medication loss recovery, and physical security deterrents
Partner with Corporate Security to help facilitate training and leadership around fostering a safe and secure work environment; includes enhanced physical security measures, guard support, and promoting team member safeness
Support internal audits, such as PCAT, safety, BOP, DEA, etc.
Support and promote an engagement culture and be an inclusion and diversity champion

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.
Required Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in Florida or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
3+ years of operational experience (fulfillment, pharmacy, inventory control, etc.)
1+ years of experience leading in loss prevention, investigations, operations, supply chain, inventory management, and distribution/fulfillment operations
Proven basic level of proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading people (direct or indirect) in a highly regulated industry
Experience with handling confidential material, and experience with law enforcement partnership
Proven ability to influence operational leaders that this role directly supports
Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends
