The Executive Director Medical Center positions are located in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA). BASIC REQUIREMENTS: PHYSICIAN U.S. citizenship. Non-citizens may be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States or in the District of Columbia.
