UCHealth has an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant or NursePractitioner to join our well-established UCHealth Family Medicine Clinic inGreeley, CO.

Preferred:
* Our ideal candidate will bring a positive andcaring attitude, excellent communication skills, and clinical expertise.
* 2+ years of experience in primary caremedicine is preferred.
* Flexible schedule allowing 5 8-hour shifts or4 10-hour shifts.

The pay range for this position is $45.13 - $64.50 / hour. Pay isdependent on the applicant's relevant experience.

Requirementsfor Nurse Practitioners
* Master's degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitionerprogram
* Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the American Nurses CredentialingCenter (ANCC) or Nurse Practitioner Certification issued by the AmericanAcademy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) is required forhire and must be maintained throughout employment.
* Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license issued by the State Board of Nursingin the state of practice or compact privileges under the multi-state NurseLicensure Compact agreement
* Unrestricted medical staff membership, with appropriate practice privileges
* Fill prescriptive authority
* Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe allmedications commonly prescribed in the course of practice.
* Eligible to provide services reimbursable services and maintain providerstatus with Medicare and Medicaid.
* Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusion from either theHealth and Human Services/Office of Inspectors General (HHS/OIG) or the GeneralServices Administration's (GSA) List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American HeartAssociation or the American Red Cross

Requirementsfor Physician Assistants
* Bachelor or Master'sDegree in Physician Assistant Studies
* Unrestricted license topractice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado.
* Physician AssistantCertification (PA-C) issued by the National Commission for Certification ofPhysician Assistants (NCCPA) is required for hire and must be maintainedthroughout employment
* Unrestricted DrugEnforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe all medications commonlyprescribed in the course of practice.
* Eligible to provide servicesreimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid.
* Eligible to provideservices with no sanctions or exclusion from either the Health and HumanServices/Office of Inspectors General (HHS/OIG) or the General Services Administration's(GSA) List of Parties Excluded from Federal Programs.
