Join Providence Heart & Lung at Sacred Heart Medical Center as a full-time Cardiothoracic Surgical First Assist physician assistant or nurse practitioner and be part of a robust group of Cardiothoracic professionals in Spokane, Washington. At least two years of experience as a Cardiothoracic surgical first assist is preferred. Graduates from a surgical residency or fellowship program with First Assist experience may substitute for time in practice. A willingness to work on both adult and pediatric cases is preferred. Full-time schedule
Shared call rotation with additional call compensation potential in addition to salary.
2 to 5 years of APC Cardiothoracic Surgical First Assist experience is preferred.
Graduates from a surgical residency or fellowship program with First Assist experience may substitute for time in practice.
Signing bonus and relocation assistance benefits available.
No state income tax in Washington state (federal income tax still applies)
As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
Compensation is between $153,972 and $213,341 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
