SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to provide strategic direction and leadership for operations, staffing and development within Department of Women and Babies, Transport, Safety Companions, Float Pool, and Outpatient Infusion. Serves as a resource to manage clinical operations with the expectation of positive financial performance through enhanced utilization, scheduling, and deployment of staff. Provides coordination of woman?s and babies services across the organization with the intent of creating the best patient experience. Provide overall strategic program management, facilitation, and on-going process improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's degree required.
Seven (7) years of related experience required.
Five (5) years of management experience required.
Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Master's degree in nursing preferred.
