The Capacity Manager - Medical Group Access is accountable for managing applications systems study and programming activities for established teams, ensuring that tasks are held out in accordance with the work schedule and application development standards. You will assist respective IS Directors and/or leadership with knowledge and implementing technical and process standards and helping department budget planning and management.
The pay range for this position is $48.72 /hr. (entry level) - $84.42/hr. (highly experienced). The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Is accountable for the day-to-day operational activities of IT that includes staff assignments, daily activities, service desk, ticket management and IT relationships.
Is accountable for all new and modified systems in their area of responsibility.
Plans or oversees the testing, design, programming, timely implementation, and testing of applications projects utilizing approved development methodologies.
Provide training and guidance on information system operation.
Participate in maintaining continuous improvement in the areas of project management, development, coding, debugging, testing, data services, process and application help and training.
Oversee or perform the development and documentation of business requirements, goals, deliverables, and specifications in partnership with customers, employees, and help staff.
Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and systems.
Create project plans and provide time estimates for the iterations or phases of each project.

EPIC Cadence certification REQUIRED.
Expert-level experience with EPIC Cadence, including system configuration, scheduling workflows, optimization, and troubleshooting to support team members with effective patient access stewardship.
