SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Incorporates knowledge of the nursing process and the professional standards of nursing in daily practice. Applies knowledge of growth and development to perform detailed assignments/interventions. Provides consistent care based on the changing physical and psychosocial needs, unique to the patient.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Graduate Nurse with a PA Temporary Practice Permit or currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
- AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period
