Social Worker (Mental Health Clinic)
The position is a Clinical Social Worker assigned to North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, Mental Health section, is expected to work on site at Jacksonville on Heron Bay Road. Responsibilities include the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning of mental health problems, often when the Veteran is experiencing crisis and include evidence based clinical/psychotherapeutic interventions, appropriate to level of licensure with Veterans and/or their family members/caregivers.
