Position Summary
MultiCare Health System is seeking a Rehabilitation Psychologist to provide psychological services for patients and families with rehab related health concerns on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. This position operates independently in providing psychological care to assigned patients. Work situations are of a routine nature yet require analysis, good judgment, decision making, and diplomacy. This position has extensive external contacts, which include patients, families, physicians, and outside organizations and agencies. Internal contacts include inpatient and outpatient patient care staff and management.Providers at MultiCare are recognized as being among the best in the Northwest Region. Responsibilities
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA approved clinical psychology training program
- Completion of one (1) year clinical psychology internship or one year postdoctoral fellowship with a rehabilitation psychology, health psychology, and/or neuropsychology emphasis
- Licensed or license eligible as a psychologist by the State of Washington

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,248.00 - $168,521.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
