Duration: 5-6 months.

About the Team: ? Our Central Laboratory Services located in Geneva with 8 different laboratory testing departments process and analyze clinical samples collected form Europe, Africa and Middle East countries in the frame of clinical trials.
Internship Assignment Summary: ? To implement laboratory training and SOPs major changes record training tool in central laboratory services - Goal is to create, manage, maintain and update all the trainings documentation electronically and globally.
? The intern will be responsible for the implementation in Geneva as a start, but will work closely with the subject matter experts identified also in other locations (Indianapolis, Shanghai and Singapore) in order to achieve a global process via the tool. ? The tool will concern all laboratory technicians profiles and grades within Genomics laboratory and across all the locations.
? The main project drivers are:.
Process improvement for the "On the job" and SOPs major changes trainings documentation, harmonization and sustainability
Compliance with CAP regulations
Reduction in audit findings
Reduction of paper handling, electronical 5S initiative, time and space savings
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
You must be a student and be eligible for an internship agreement with a third party.
No scientific background required.
Proficiency in French and intermediate level in English.
Experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting.
Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
Ability to embrace diverse ways of thinking through various forms of collaboration and partnership.
