IU Health Physicians is hiring! We are seeking a Supplemental Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Health team at Evonik Corporation in Lafayette, IN! 

Position Details:

• Supplemental/PRN
• Days worked are TBD based on hire (4 hours per week)
• No call
• 100% outpatient
• Highly autonomous role
• Manufacturing facility with primarily occupational health volume
• Work closely with work comp cases, under IUH guidelines
• Basic injury care (minor suturing) and physicals 

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification required
• If new graduate, occupational health or ER experience required
• 3-5 years of provider experience preferred
