Prepare medical records for clinic visits by compiling information from various sources. Tracks dictation to ensure notes are received for all patient visits. Collects co-pay amounts and balances due for services rendered. Distributes financial assistance packets and provides basic guidance to patients. Refers complex or non-compliant patient financial issues to Financial Specialist or Site Manager.Requirem
