SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Code Team Specialist will be the point person on shift for assisting with de-escalation, crisis prevention, and milieu safety. The Code Team Specialist will help to spread awareness about trauma-informed care (TIC) in their daily activities and help foster a Trauma Informed Culture at Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute (PPI).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
