Senior Cook Supervisor, FT Days
The Food Service Supervisor (FSS) works under the supervision of the Patient Services Manager and is responsible for the supervision of personnel in all aspects of food service (receiving, storage, food preparation, serving and sanitation for Jazzman’s Café, Tower Cafeteria, Meals on Wheels, Patient Trayline/Main Kitchen, DDR and Catering).
