The Application Analyst II in Radiation Oncology is responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of Mosaiq and/or Aria software systems for radiation oncology departments. This role ensures the seamless operation of clinical workflows and aligns technology solutions with organizational goals to enhance patient care

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Mosaiq and/or Aria applications, addressing system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
• Collaborate with radiation oncology clinicians, physicists, and operational leaders to collect, interpret, and document business requirements, writing functional specifications and identifying potential system enhancements.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and maintenance in coordination with IT and vendor teams, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations.
• Manage role-based access, security, and compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA.
• Support integration of Mosaiq/Aria with other healthcare systems (e.g., EMRs, PACS, imaging equipment).
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials.
• Facilitate end-user training and provide ongoing support to staff.
• Participate in change control processes and maintain business continuity plans.
• Monitor system performance and propose enhancements for improved efficiency and usability.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of radiation oncology workflows and radiation delivery machines (e.g., linear accelerators).
• Familiarity with systems integration in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and data security best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Certification or formal training in Mosaiq or Aria software.
• Experience with Mosaiq and/or Aria software in a clinical or IT setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare IT or radiation oncology department.
• Familiarity with Epic or other EMR systems.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $93,100.80 to $139,630.40 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
